Why do pig parts hold such fascination? Even taking my love of all things porkish as a given, I wouldn't have the first idea what to do with these pigs feet I spotted at Fubonn Market here in PDX (if you do, feel free to share!). But something about their fleshy, semi-ghoulish, semi-human appearance fascinates me! Aren't ya glad I shared??

Creepy food pic of the week....
Why do pig parts hold such fascination? Even taking my love of all things porkish as a given, I wouldn't have the first idea what to do with these pigs feet I spotted at Fubonn Market here in PDX (if you do, feel free to share!). We're watching the third season of Anthony Bourdain's series, "No Reservations" (and loving it, I have to say). In the episode about New York he and his chef buddies go to the restricted-to-chefs-only third floor of the Spotted Pig and dine on roasted sheep's head. Close approximation here.
