If you have plans to visit what I consider the greatest city in the world anytime soon...or not so soon...biking from chocolatier to chocolatier across the city sound like the perfect afternoon. I came across this article on the NYT website today detailing writer Amy Thomas own Le Tour du Chocolat. To her two-wheeled itinerary (and what a way to rationalize indulgence!), I would suggest adding the remarkable artistic caloric creations at Chocolatier Joséphine Vannier (some of whose "pieces" are shown with this post), which w and I visited on our last trip. At so many of these shops, it's almost like you're eating art, which is a fabulous concept!
